What's on - 21 April onwards

Easter Sunday (21st) - 5.30am - Lighting of the New Fire, Vigil & the first Eucharist of Easter (followed by an Easter Breakfast)

& Parish Easter Eucharist at 10am. All very wlelcome!

Thank you to all who helped with the services of Holy Week 2019, and to all who worked hard yesterday to make the church look so beautiful.

Andrew will be away 22– 29 April. Thanks to Doug, Communion service times are as normal.


Happy Singers (a singing group, open to everyone) meets on Wednesdays at 7pm in the church.

Special 4pm (last Sunday of the month) service on Sunday 28 April at St J of J. Come and celebrate the Resurrection. All very welcome!

Mon 29 April, 7.30pm. The Georgia (USA) Festival Chorus is coming to perform in our church, having travelled all the way from America. It would be great to have a good turn out for them. Free admission, retiring collection.

The next Church Cleaning will be on Sat 4 May, 9.30-11.30am.

Date for the diary: Wed 15 May, 7-9pm, here in church - 'Dying Matters'. A panel of local speakers address the questions we sometimes hesitate to ask: John Harris (Funeral Director); The Revd Jane Alty (Anglican chaplain, St Joseph's Hospice); Dr Ruth Freedman (St Joseph's Hospice); Iftekhar Shah (solicitor). Free event. Do invite along people you think might be interested.
